The Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering and Management Sciences (BUITEMS) achieved yet another sporting milestone by winning the Gold Medal in the Tug of War competition at the Inter-University Anti-Corruption Sports Festival held in Quetta.
In an intense and thrilling final match, BUITEMS triumphed over UET Khuzdar with a 3–1 victory in the Best-of-Five series, demonstrating exceptional strength, teamwork, and determination.
The event brought together top teams from various universities across Balochistan, promoting sportsmanship, integrity, and the spirit of fair play under the theme of anti-corruption awareness through sports.
This victory marks BUITEMS’ second gold medal in the festival, following its earlier success in Table Tennis, reaffirming the university’s strong presence and excellence in inter-university sporting events.
The Directorate of Sports, BUITEMS, congratulated the team for their outstanding performance and commended the players for upholding the university’s values of discipline, perseverance, and teamwork.
