Condolence Gathering Held at BUITEMS School of Law in Memory of Late Student Arbab Ibrahim Kasi
The School of Law at the City Campus of Balochistan University of Information Technology, Engineering, and Management Sciences (BUITEMS) organized a solemn condolence gathering on Monday, April 28, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the Library Hall. The event was held to offer Dua-e-Maghfirah and express solidarity with the family of Arbab Ibrahim Kasi, a dedicated 6th-semester LLB student who passed away unexpectedly.
The gathering was attended by faculty members, administrative staff, fellow students, and the grieving family, including the deceased’s brother. Heartfelt supplications were made for the departed soul, seeking divine mercy, forgiveness, and strength for the bereaved family.
Dr. Asif Raz, Director of the School of Law, addressed the attendees, stating that the loss of a loved one is an irreparable grief. In this moment of profound sorrow, our thoughts and prayers are with the family of Arbab Ibrahim Kasi, and we stand united in offering our deepest condolences. The late student was a remarkable individual, known for his kindness, charitable deeds, and exemplary conduct during his time at BUITEMS. May Almighty Allah (SWT) grant him eternal peace, mercy, and the highest abode in Jannah.
Reflecting on the transient nature of life, Dr. Raz emphasized the importance of living with purpose, responsibility, and mindfulness, as life is a sacred trust from Allah (SWT). He further urged the faculty, staff, and students to uphold the values of unity, compassion, discipline, regard to rules and regulations and mutual support within the university community.
The ceremony concluded with collective prayers. The School of Law extends its deepest sympathies to the family and friends of the departed soul and reaffirms its commitment to supporting its students and staff during times of hardship.
