From February 24th to 27th, 2025, The European Union with collaboration of Revival of Balochistan Water Resources Programme Technical Assistance (RBWRPTA), organized a four-day intensive training workshop on total station usage, data collection, analysis and design, at BUITEMS Takatu Campus Quetta. The faculty and students from the Departments of Civil Engineering and Geological Engineering participated in the workshop. The workshop provided hands-on experience with the latest total stations, including the Stonex R20 and Stonex R35 models donated by European Union with collaboration of Revival of Balochistan Water Resources Programme Technical Assistance (RBWRPTA) . Participants also analyzed the data collected using CUBE Manager software. Dean FOE&A and chairman department of Civil Engineering extended their gratitude to the European Union and Revival of Balochistan Water Resources Programme Technical Assistance (RBWRPTA) for organizing the training and generously donating the most updated version of total stations to Faculty of Engineering and Architecture, BUITEMS.
