The students of 5th semester, Department of Education (FSS&H) recently organized a seminar on December, 16-2024 for promoting the concept of civic sense, the duties, responsibilities, rights assigned to citizens and for the protection of fundamental human rights practices in society. This seminar was a sessional activity designed for civics education subject, under the guidance of Ms. Shahtaj Akram faculty at the Department of Education, students conveyed their meaningful dialogues by engaging in productive presentation, debates and drama activities. The session aimed to allow students for participation in civic engagement processes and to fulfil their social responsibility of articulating human rights document and promoting awareness on civic sense to achieve a more civilized society. The event was attended by the Chairpersons, and different faculty members. Students were presented with certificates from the chairperson Dr. Khadija Jaffar and program organizer Ms. Shahtaj Akram for their performances.
