Human resource development is the integrated use of training, organization, and career development efforts to improve individual, group, and organizational effectiveness. HRD develops the key competencies that enable individuals in organizations to perform current and future jobs through planned learning activities.

We aim to sustain the professional development of BUITEMS and to be one of the best leading HRD centers in Pakistan. Our objective is to provide a platform for new talents (students, faculty, and administration) where they can share, acquire, and polish their skills and knowledge. We ensure the effectiveness and efficient functionality of existing employees and retain the highest caliber of talent. We promote, motivate, develop, reward, and administrate the capabilities to implement cost-effective learning and development programs strategically both in-house and external.

We provide an environment for encouraging innovative ideas and projects, our outreach workshops and educational program to both faculty and administration, are aligning and integrating all service areas of HRD to the overall vision and mission of BUITEMS. Directorate of HRD develops the linkages with the public and private sectors providing training, workshops, and consultancy services to cover the needs of the fast-changing global requirements.
