At BUITEMS, we maintain a state-of-the-art Private Automatic Branch Exchange (PABX) system to ensure seamless communication across the campus. Our PABX network connects all administrative offices, academic departments, research centers, and essential facilities, providing quick and efficient internal communication.

We are dedicated to continuously enhancing our PABX infrastructure, extending coverage to additional campus locations, including hostels and outdoor areas. Future upgrades will prioritize improving VoIP services to ensure seamless communication for students, faculty, and staff.

At BUITEMS, we have implemented a Primary Rate Interface (PRI) line integrated with our PABX system. This PRI line, a form of ISDN (Integrated Services Digital Network), provides multiple voice channels through a single connection. Currently, 30 channels are available in E1 format, offering superior call quality and greater stability compared to traditional analog lines.
